- Advanced studies in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a related field (at least in the 4th semester)
- Initial practical experience in HR or recruiting is a plus
- Interest in recruiting and consulting-related topics
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with people
- A structured approach to work, organizational skills, and the ability to take initiative
- Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Native-level German and good English skills
