YOUR VARIED RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • You’ll be one of the first points of contact for our team
  • You’ll welcome our clients and coordinate meetings
  • You’ll be responsible for managing and ordering office supplies
  • You’re responsible for our mailbox and telephone switchboard
  • All our general correspondence in German and English passes through your desk
  • You’re responsible for our internal oversight of training programs
  • You manage our office space
  • You coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • You create deal references for our website

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

  • A successfully completed apprenticeship in a business-related field, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Relevant professional experience as a team assistant at an auditing, tax consulting, or law firm; this is desirable but not required
  • A structured and independent work style, as well as your organizational skills
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented mindset
  • An open, curious, and personable demeanor
  • Good IT skills (MS Office 365)
  • Native-level German and good English skills
  • A proactive and conscientious work ethic
  • Ability to work well in a team and a sense of humor
  • Preference for working in the office (remote work is only possible to a very limited extent)
