HR Specialist (m/f/d) Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

YOUR VARIED RANGE OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Independently managing the entire recruiting process (end-to-end), from needs analysis to hiring
  • Developing and implementing target-group-specific recruiting strategies in collaboration with business units
  • Active sourcing and directly reaching out to talent via platforms such as LinkedIn and talent pools
  • Conducting structured interviews and coordinating and managing the entire selection process
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the entire application process
  • Building and maintaining sustainable talent pools and long-term candidate relationships
  • Advising executives on recruiting strategies and the selection process
  • Managing and collaborating with external service providers (e.g., recruitment consultancies)
  • Analyzing recruitment KPIs and continuously optimizing processes and tools
  • Helping to design and implement employer branding initiatives (e.g., career site, events, university partnerships) and HR projects

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING WITH YOU

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in recruiting (both operational and, ideally, strategic)
  • Experience in active sourcing and using modern recruiting tools (e.g., Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter—a plus)
  • Experience in a consulting environment—ideally with a focus on tax—is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and well-developed consulting expertise
  • Organizational skills, a structured approach to work, and a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Proficiency with common IT tools (especially MS Office) 
  • Native-level German and very good English skills
  • Team spirit, a sense of humor, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for work (e.g., to attend career fairs)
