- A successfully completed degree
- Some practical experience (e.g., internships or work-study programs) is a plus
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills
- A structured and precise approach to work
- Good IT skills (MS Office 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Very good German and English language skills
- A strong willingness to learn and motivation to further develop professionally
- Ability to work well in a team and a positive, good-humored personality
- Ideally, very good high school and college grades
